Services
1. A Sense Concierge has regular business hours of Monday through Friday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST.  
During the weekends we are available upon request.

2. Service requests are a minimum of 2 hours per appointment.

3. We will not leave any item(s) at your home or office if no one is there to accept them unless you
make specific arrangements with us beforehand to do so.

4. A Sense Concierge has the right to refuse any business that we feel may be illegal, unethical, and/or
immoral or that may put A Sense Concierge's business or its representatives in unreasonable danger.

Fees
1. A Sense Concierge has a standard hourly rate of $35.00. Services are billed in 1/2 hour increments.
Discounted rates are available when multiple hours are Pre - paid. Please note that there is a 2 hour
minimum for all service appointments.

2. Additional mileage charges will apply to any job exceeding 30 total miles, unless otherwise stated.
Excess miles are billed at .50 per mile. All mileage will be based on round trip mileage, including one
way tasks.

3. All fees must be paid in full at the time services are completed. First time clients must prepay for
estimated services.

4. Clients are responsible for all costs related to any and all service requests. Payments are due prior
to fulfilment of service or immediately upon completion of service.

5. The following payment methods are currently accepted: Cash, Checks, or PayPal payments.

6. A fee of $25 will be assessed on any and all returned checks.


Scheduling & Cancellation
1. Scheduling A Sense Concierge would like at least 24 hours notice for scheduling services. This
provides the best flexibility in meeting your scheduling requirements.

Surcharges:
$10 per hour non standard hours and holidays - standard hours are 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Mon. - Fri).
$25 rush fee for services requested same day of service delivery.


All surcharges are in addition to regular charges.

2. Any cancellations of services requires a 12-hour notice e-mail or written documentation.  If less
than a 12-hour cancellation notice is given, a cancellation fee of
$25 will apply.

Clients are responsible for being available or arranging for access to their residence or place of
business. If for any reason A Sense Concierge is unable to gain access to the client's residence or place
of business, the client will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.


Client to A Sense Concierge Relationship

1. As a client of A Sense Concierge you have no responsibility to withhold any taxes from or provide
any benefits to A Sense Concierge, we are an LLC.

3. Please be informed that contacting an A Sense Concierge Associate directly would be in violation
of  contract with A Sense Concierge, which will jeopardize standing of good name.
Clients are also considered in violation of agreement between Client and A Sense Concierge,
therefore, forfeiting any and all future services without a refund.

4. A Sense Concierge, on occasion may provide third party vendor references based on a client's
requested services. Please note, our vendor partners accept full responsibility for all goods and
services they provide to you as our client.


Confidentiality
1. A Sense Concierge will not at any time sell or exchange client information to outside sources.

2. Vendors will be provided with only the necessary information required to complete a client's
requested task order.

3. Discretion will be strictly adhered to by A Sense Concierge and any employees.


Satisfaction Pledge
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. As a client, if for any reason you are not satisfied with services
provided by A Sense Concierge we will gladly remedy the situation according to the following
conditions:

1. A Sense Concierge must be notified within 24 hours of the initial service date that you are not
satisfied. Please provide specific information related to the issues leading to your request.

2. A Sense Concierge will provide our clients with a partial credit against services rendered or issue a
credit to be used against future service requests.
